Let’s dive into the story of one of our recent sellers in Cathedral City; we’ll call him Heath.

Heath invested in a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in Cathedral City. He was looking for a weekend home that he could fix up and add his own touches.

After making a number of improvements over a year period and with increasing demand for second homes due to the pandemic. Heath’s home appreciated significantly in value.
